We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting, invoicing, GST-related work, bank reconciliation, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes .
- Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills .
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Handle inventory management , stock records, and related reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation for accounting and GST-related transactions.
- Assist with GST-related activities , filings, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors/clients for invoice and payment-related requirements.
- Support the finance team with MIS, reports, reconciliations, and other accounting activities as required.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and/or GoGST .
- Good understanding of GST and basic statutory compliance .
- Hands-on experience with E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills .
- Valuable knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and accounting processes.
- Experience in Credit Note / Debit Note preparation.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management .
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (8/10) , including formulas, data handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.
