- Taxation· - Maintain GST-related records and documentation. · Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns. · Verify GST details on purchase and sales invoices. · Reconcile purchase data with GST records. · Assist in TDS calculation, deduction,

- MIS &
- Reporting· - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports. · Prepare outstanding receivable and payable reports. · Assist in preparation of cash-flow statements and expense reports. · Provide financial data and reports to management as required. · Maintain proper documentation for management review.
- Audit &
- Compliance· - Maintain accounting records and supporting documents for audits. · Coordinate with auditors and consultants whenever required. · Provide required documents and information during internal and statutory audits. · Ensure accounting records are maintained as per applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
- Documentation &
- Record Keeping· - Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, receipts, payment records, and bank documents. · Ensure all accounting documents are properly organized and readily available. · Maintain confidentiality of company financial information. · Verify supporting documents before processing accounting entries or payments.
