Position: Accounts Executive (1-3 Years Exp)

Preference: Working in CA firm or IT company

Location: Noida

Timings: 10AM to 7PM (Mon- Fri) (Alternate Sat Off)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage TDS, GST, ITR, ESIC, and PF calculations
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Process invoices, expense statements, and vendor payments
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records




- Support management with financial data and reports as required
- Manage payroll processing using payroll software or Excel
- Handle accounting and compliance for international clients/companies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or related field
- 1-2 years of proven experience as an Accountant
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information
