Position: Accounts Executive

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the company's financial and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally ERP, accounting principles, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP, Tally Prime and other accounting software.
- Record and maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate vouchers, ledgers, and accounting records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify ledger balances.
- Prepare and maintain financial and accounting reports.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Handle TDS-related activities and maintain supporting records.
- Ensure proper maintenance of statutory and financial documents.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role; fresher's with relevant knowledge may also apply.
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities within deadlines.
