Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts & Audit Manager to manage financial controls, cash reconciliation, inventory audits, vendor coordination, clinic administration, MIS reporting, and clinic-wise profitability.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, hands-on, and experienced in managing accounts and financial operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cash reconciliation, collection verification, and cash deposits across clinics.




- Conduct periodic stock audits of pharmacy, optical, medical consumables, and fixed assets.
- Identify inventory/cash discrepancies and ensure corrective action.
- Manage vendor onboarding, invoice verification, documentation, and payment coordination.
- Monitor clinic-wise P&L;, expenses, revenue, and profitability.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial policies, SOPs, and controls.
- Prepare MIS reports covering cash, inventory, expenses, vendors, and clinic performance.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Clinic Managers.
- Support internal/external audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
- Oversee basic clinic administration and HR coordination in collaboration with the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com mandatory; MHA preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Hospital/Healthcare Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience in multi-location/clinic operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, reconciliation, inventory audit, P&L;, MIS, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and/or ERP systems.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
