Role Description The Accounts and Finance Trainee will support daily accounting and finance operations in a fast-growing home decor and lifestyle business. This full-time, on-site role is based in Indore and involves assisting with bookkeeping, invoice processing, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting. The trainee will help monitor accounts receivable and payable, maintain accurate records, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.





The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners on billing queries, documentation, and payment follow-ups. Under the guidance of senior team members, the trainee will gain exposure to financial analysis, budgeting support, and process improvements aligned with business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Account Management skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for internal and external coordination.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles, GST, and financial documentation is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, along with attention to detail and numerical accuracy, is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and learn in a fast-paced workplace is expected.
