- Responsibilities:
- Marg Software: Manage billing, purchase/sales entries, stock management, and related documentation in Marg Software. Billing &
- Invoicing: Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and ensure accurate billing records.

Dispatch Management: Coordinate and manage day-to-day dispatch activities, including order processing, packing, and dispatch documentation.

Stock Management: Handle stock entries, stock reconciliation, inventory records, and monitor availability of products. Pharmaceutical &

- Surgical Devices: Handle inventory and documentation related to pharmaceutical products and surgical/medical devices.

Bank Entries: Maintain day-to-day bank entries, payment/receipt records, and basic banking-related accounting documentation. Order &

- Inventory Coordination: Coordinate between sales, stores, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timely processing of orders.

Product Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pharmaceuticals, surgical products, medical devices, or healthcare distribution . Accuracy &

- Documentation: Maintain proper records and ensure accuracy in billing, stock, dispatch, and financial entries.
