We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR & Accounts Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in payment operations.
Role and Responsibilities
Track consultant timesheets and attendance.
Coordinate with consultants regarding timesheet submissions and compliance.
Assist in employee engagement activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assist in invoice preparation and client billing.
Track accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on payments.
Maintain vendor records and payment tracking.
Support in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
Maintain basic financial records and reports.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor//'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel).
Preferred Skills
Basic accounting concepts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Willingness to take relevant training or certifications.
APPENDIX-A: COMPENSATION & REWARDS STRUCTURE
Probation Period: During the 6-month probationary period with Stipend
Service Bond: 2-year service bond on completing the probation period.
Post-Probation Salary (Subject to performance review):
o Payment Associate (HR & Accounts Associate): ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,50,000 Per Annum (PST - US shift)
