We are looking for a candidate with good accounting knowledge who can also confidently give product/process demos to clients, customers, or internal teams. The ideal candidate should understand basic accounting concepts and be comfortable explaining accounting-related processes in a clear and simple manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting-related activities and maintain accurate records.
- Understand basic accounting concepts such as journal entries, ledgers, invoices, GST, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and explain accounting-related reports and processes.
- Conduct product/software demos for clients or prospective customers.
- Clearly explain accounting features, workflows, and benefits during demos.
- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate relevant solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams for demos and customer queries.
- Support customers in understanding accounting processes and software functionality.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company accounting procedures.
Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Accounting fundamentals.
- Practical understanding of GST, invoicing, ledger, P&L;, balance sheet, and reconciliation.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to confidently conduct live demos/presentations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to explain technical/accounting concepts in simple language.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- Prior experience in accounting, ERP/accounting software, customer support, pre-sales, or product demonstrations will be an advantage.
