We are hiring a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team. You will be responsible for managing accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting our clients' accounting needs through Tally software and bookkeeping excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting entries and maintain financial records in Tally software

- Perform comprehensive bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, bill generation, and payment tracking

- Prepare accurate bills, invoices, and purchase orders

- Reconcile bank statements and account records

- Assist in GST compliance and tax documentation

- Maintain organized financial documentation and records for multiple clients

- Generate financial reports and statements

- Coordinate with management and external auditors

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles

- Proficiency in Tally (ERP or standard version)

- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices





- Experience with bill generation and invoicing

- Knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax)

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accountancy or equivalent

- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience with billing software or accounting packages

- Familiarity with FSSAI or regulatory compliance documentation

- Knowledge of accounting standards and practices

- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi

- Experience managing multiple client accounts
