We are looking for an experienced Accountant with positive knowledge of MCA/ROC Compliance to manage day-to-day accounting operations along with basic corporate and statutory compliance activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, documentation, and MCA-related filings and should be capable of coordinating with CA/CS professionals whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance:

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and account verification.
- Handle Tally/ERP accounting software and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in audit preparation and provide required financial documents.

MCA / ROC Compliance:

- Handle and coordinate MCA/ROC compliance-related activities.
- Maintain knowledge of Companies Act,



2013 and applicable MCA requirements.
- Assist in preparation and filing of MCA forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-3, DIR-12, PAS-3, ADT-1, etc., as applicable.
- Maintain statutory records, registers and corporate documents.
- Track MCA compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of required filings.
- Coordinate with Company Secretary (CS), Chartered Accountant (CA) and other professionals for MCA/ROC matters.
- Assist with Board resolutions, minutes, director-related documentation and other corporate records.
- Maintain proper records of MCA filings, challans, acknowledgements and compliance documents.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation.
- Practical understanding of MCA/ROC compliance.
- Knowledge of the MCA portal and statutory filing procedures will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
