Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to handle the financial operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing payments and receivables, and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and company policies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Handle receipts, payments, invoices, bank reconciliation, and vendor accounts.
- Prepare and maintain property-related financial records — rent collection, deposits, brokerage,



maintenance, etc.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per applicable laws.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Track project-wise expenses and assist management with cost analysis and budgeting.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting (real estate experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 25,000 to 35,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
