ACCOUNTS & TALLY EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Tally Executive to join our growing business, which operates across Retail, Wholesale, and Farm & Cattle divisions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and be capable of handling daily accounting entries, reconciliations, purchase records, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter purchase invoices and other accounting transactions accurately in Tally.

- Maintain supplier ledgers and monitor outstanding payments.
- Maintain customer outstanding and credit reports.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation.
- Reconcile UPI and other digital payments.
- Maintain bank deposit and payment records.
- Verify purchase invoices against goods received records.
- Identify and report discrepancies in cash, payments, purchases, and accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, purchases, outstanding amounts, and other key figures for management.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and accounts records.
- Coordinate with billing, warehouse, and management teams to ensure accurate entries.




- Support the implementation of proper accounting and internal control systems across the business divisions.

Requirements

* Good working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.

- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Valuable understanding of purchase entries, sales entries, ledgers, receivables, and payables.
- Ability to perform cash, bank, and UPI reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and report them promptly.
- Honest, responsible, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience in a retail, wholesale, trading, or FMCG business will be an advantage.

This role is not limited to basic data entry. The person will play an important role in improving the financial control and reporting systems of a growing multi-division business. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Based on experience and capability

Pay: ₹8,597.69 - ₹41,731.06 per month
