Position: Accountant

Location: (Udhana, Surat)

Department: Accounts & Finance

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledgers

 Handle sales, purchase, and expense records

 Prepare bank reconciliation statements

 Manage GST, TDS, taxation compliance & return filing coordination





 Coordinate with auditors and finance teams

 Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.)

 Follow up with vendors/customers for payments

 Maintain stock & inventory records (if required by company)

 Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance

 Support management with financial data, analysis & planning

Required Skills & Competencies

 Robust accounting knowledge (Tally / ERP / Excel)

 Knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, compliance, and return process

 Good communication & coordination skills

 Attention to detail and accuracy

 Analytical & problem-solving mind-set

Qualifications

 B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

 Experience: 0–3 years / 3–5 years (as per requirement)
