Role Description The Accountant at One Tappe will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and maintenance of accurate financial records.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The role also involves assisting in budget preparation, monitoring expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.



The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and operational efficiency.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel for reports and data analysis.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in financial record-keeping, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and prepare clear, concise financial statements and reports.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization or startup environment is preferred.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
