A hands-on finance professional responsible for managing end-to-end accounts, compliance, and basic financial planning for the company. The role requires both execution control, with direct reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting (Hands-on)

- Manage complete accounting in Tally / ERP
- Pass entries (Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, Journal)
- Maintain books of accounts & ledgers

Construction-Specific Work

- Handle project-wise accounting & site expenses
- Verify contractor bills / RA bills
- Track material, labor & site costs
- Maintain budget vs actual for projects

Compliance & Taxation

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax (with CA support)
- Ensure timely return filing & payments
- Maintain proper documentation for compliance

Banking & Cash Flow

- Daily bank reconciliation (BRS)
- Manage company cash flow (very important in small company)
- Plan payments (vendor, salary, site expenses)

Receivables & Follow-ups

- Track customer payments & outstanding
- Coordinate with sales team for collections
- Manage booking entries & receipts

Vendor & Payment Management

- Handle vendor ledgers & due tracking
- Ensure proper deduction (TDS, GST)
- Plan and release payments as per cash flow

MIS & Reporting





- Prepare monthly MIS (simple but clear)
- Share cash position & expense report with management
- Highlight financial issues proactively

Audit & Coordination

- Coordinate with CA for finalization & audit
- Keep records ready for audit & compliance

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com
- CA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

- 10-15 years in Accounts
- Preferred have experience in Construction / Real Estate

Key Skills (Very Important for Small Company)

- Strong in Tally Excel
- Practical knowledge of GST & TDS
- Ability to handle work independently
- Good coordination with internal teams
- Cost control mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- CA Inter / CA Firm Experienced Candidates Preferred
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime & Advanced Excel
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Candidates residing within 5–8 KM from Bhosari will be preferred
