Role Description The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing and reviewing invoices, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with monthly and annual closing, preparing basic financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as vendors and auditors,



to resolve financial queries and support accurate budgeting and cost control. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial record-keeping.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and basic tax-related documentation.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance; experience in the travel or service industry is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Pune District and manage workload independently while meeting deadlines.
