Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accountant role based in Noida. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing invoices and payments.

Responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. The role involves supporting budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. The Accountant will also contribute to process improvements and provide financial insights to support management decision-making.

Qualifications





- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries accurately.
- Understanding of Indian taxation and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, and corporate filings.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a media, marketing, or digital agency environment is preferred but not mandatory.
