- Operations Executive to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, MIS reporting, documentation, and general office coordination. If you know Tally inside out, can work comfortably with MS Excel (charts, formulas, reporting), and aren't afraid of multitasking, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Accounting &

- Invoicing: Daily voucher entries, sales/purchase invoicing, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation in Tally Prime / ERP . Reporting &
- Data Visualization: Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports, track expenses, and build clear Excel graphs/charts for management. Documentation &
- Filing: Maintain physical and digital records, organize client/vendor files, draft basic business letters, and handle email correspondence.

General Office Support:



Assist with routine office tasks, vendor follow-ups, and operational requirements as they arise.

Team Coordination: Work closely with the core team to ensure smooth day-to-day office workflow.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / DCA / CA / MCA / BE/ BTech or relevant experience.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in accounting, billing, or back-office operations (Fresher with solid practical skills can apply).

Software: Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, basic formulas). Computer &

- Typing: Fast, accurate typing speed and solid command of computer shortcuts, email tools, and web browsing.

Communication: Decent written & verbal English, explicit Hindi communication.

Mindset: Quick learner, disciplined, organized, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
