We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accountant to join our hotel property in Ooty. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, and supporting the property management team with accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare daily/monthly financial reports.
- Manage cash, bank reconciliation, and petty cash transactions.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Accounts/Finance team.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of hotel revenue and expenses.
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements:





- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts.
- Hospitality/Hotel industry experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
- Candidates willing to work in Ooty are preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
