Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Executive to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and reliable operation of plastic injection moulding machines, electrical systems, utilities and plant equipment through preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems.
- Maintain motors, pumps, compressors, chillers, heaters, sensors, VFDs and electrical panels.
- Attend machine breakdowns quickly and minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspection of machines and plant equipment.
- Maintain preventive-maintenance schedules and records.
- Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the Production Department to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain proper records of breakdowns, spare parts and maintenance activities.




- Follow safety procedures and 5S practices in the maintenance area.
- Support installation, commissioning and modification of machines/equipment.
- Ensure availability of critical maintenance spares and tools.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of plastic injection moulding machines will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Basic PLC, VFD, sensor and control-panel troubleshooting.
- Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering field.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a plastic injection moulding/manufacturing industry.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
