Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and day-to-day payable operations. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good attention to detail, and hands-on experience in vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment.
- Verify and process vendor invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform PO, GRN, and Invoice 3-Way Matching.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and conduct regular vendor reconciliation.
- Prepare payment schedules and coordinate for timely vendor payments.
- Track outstanding payables and ageing reports.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors, Purchase, Stores, and other departments.
- Record purchase and expense-related accounting entries accurately.
- Handle vendor advances and their adjustments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts Payable MIS.




- Assist in month-end closing and ensure all payable transactions are properly accounted for.
- Coordinate with vendors, auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.
- Support GST/TDS related activities wherever required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & Vendor Reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience in 3-Way Matching (PO–GRN–Invoice).
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Advanced/basic MS Excel skills.
- Experience with Tally / SAP / ERP preferred.
- Solid analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and vendor follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com / Finance-related qualification preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
- FMCG, Manufacturing, Trading, or Distribution experience will be an advantage.
- Should be capable of independently handling vendor accounts and payment processes.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
