Responsibilities

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client experience and satisfaction.
- Understand client objectives and align business strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Own the complete PL and revenue performance of assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and account expansion.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize client retention and revenue growth.
- Monitor account performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Ad Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, delivery, profitability, and optimization opportunities.
- Resolve client escalations proactively while maintaining service excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers/Executives.
- Drive accountability, collaboration, and performance within the team.




- Support hiring, coaching, and capability development initiatives.
- Analyze campaign and account performance using data and insights.
- Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Use analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve client ROI.

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 38 years of experience in Account Management within a Digital Advertising, Media Agency, AdTech, or MarTech environment.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, performance advertising, and media planning.
- Proven experience in managing large client portfolios and achieving revenue targets.
