Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, statutory compliance, billing, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions and supporting management with financial information.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate for timely collections.
- Manage vendor payments and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and account statements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain the General Ledger and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper approval and documentation.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies when required.
- Support preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.




- Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, receipts, tax documents, and other financial documents.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Provide financial and accounting information to management as required.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial planning activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime, MS Excel, or other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliations, invoicing, payables, receivables, and ledger management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
