About the Role

We re looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to own and grow client relationships while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. You ll act as the main point of contact for key accounts-understanding hiring needs, managing recruitment delivery, and ensuring an excellent client and candidate experience.

This role blends client management, recruitment delivery, and account growth, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships and seeing hiring strategies come to life.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Understand clients business goals, workforce plans, and hiring challenges
- Lead client meetings, job briefings, and regular account reviews
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met or exceeded

Recruitment Delivery

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and disciplines
- Partner with recruiters/sourcers to deliver qualified candidates
- Advise clients on market conditions,



salary benchmarks, and hiring trends
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews where required
- Oversee offer management, negotiations, and onboarding support

Account Growth & Strategy

- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts (new roles, teams, or services)
- Support upselling of recruitment solutions (permanent, contract, RPO, project hiring, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on account strategy
- Forecast hiring demand and pipeline activity

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to prioritize workloads
- Provide transparent briefs, feedback, and performance insights
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
