Concept Communication Ltd, one of India’s leading integrated communication agencies, is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role for someone who understands the communication and marketing ecosystem and enjoys building client relationships, driving campaigns and developing new business.

The role will involve

- Managing and servicing existing clients across Advertising, Digital Marketing and Social Media Management

• Understanding client requirements and translating them into effective communication and marketing solutions

• Coordinating with internal creative, digital, social media and advertising teams to deliver campaigns

• Developing strong and long-term client relationships

• Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts

• New Business Development – identifying prospects, pitching solutions and converting new clients

- Preparing proposals, presentations and campaign plans
- Staying updated on emerging trends in advertising, digital and social media

We are looking for someone who is:

✔️ Experienced in advertising / digital marketing / social media / communication agency business

✔️ Strong in client servicing and relationship management





✔️ A valuable communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills

✔️ Commercially driven and passionate about new business development

✔️ Able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

✔️ Based in or willing to work from Thiruvananthapuram

Experience: 5+ years in advertising, digital marketing, PR, social media or an integrated communication agency would be preferred.
