Chemtech Process Technologies is engaged in the field of Water and Wastewater Treatment Project Equipment Manufacturing with two manufacturing units located in Kagal Five Star MIDC, Kolhapur. We are looking for Account Manager

Position: Account Manager

Department: Finance

Job Location: Kagal Five Star MIDC, Kolhapur

Reporting: Account Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities

- Check and approve day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Check and approve daily sales and purchase invoices.
- Conduct all GST-related activities, including data preparation and reconciliation.
- Posting of data on govt. portal time to time any delay and penalty
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledger accounts.
- Organize and maintain accounting files, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Conduct monthly and annual closing activities, Income Tax, TDS, ESIC, Skilled Tax.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment-related queries
- Salary Processing and related bank transaction
- Recovery of customer payment and finalization of supplier payment on time
- Performing risk analysis of finance department and corrective and preventive actions




- Coordination with respective banks for their transactional compliances based on loan and other service requirements
- Coordination with bank and customers for various bank guarantees and closer of same during valid period.
- Conduct internal audits for every three months of each company.
- Finalization of income tax all companies and subsequent independent directors
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualification B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a related field.

Experience

- 4-8 yrs of experience in Accounting.
- Basic knowledge of GST (CGST, SGST, and IGST) is required.
- Experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
