Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Accurate input of invoices, receipts, and payments into the accounting software.
Documentation: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial records.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in processing bills and tracking outstanding payments from clients.
Bank Reconciliation: Help match bank statements with internal ledger records.
Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior accountants during month-end closing or audits.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is a plus.
