Job Summary

As an Accounts Executive, you will manage day-to-day book-keeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), GST/TDS filings, and factory-level inventory entries. You will work directly with the finance team and plant operational heads to ensure precise documentation and timely compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain general ledgers, prepare purchase/sales vouchers, and process journal entries using Tally / ERP software.
- Manufacturing & Factory Accounting: Record raw material purchases, production costs, plant expenses, and track inventory stock movements.
- Payables & Receivables: Process vendor invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, issue customer invoices, and follow up on outstanding collections.
- Taxation & Compliance: Assist in the computation and filing of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS, along with 26AS reconciliations.
- Bank & Vendor Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations (BRS) and reconcile ledger balances with suppliers and clients.
- Audit Support: Maintain organized accounting records and support internal and statutory auditors with accurate data.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field (M.Com / Inter CA is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production company.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle), and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Statutory Knowledge: Working knowledge of Indian GST, TDS guidelines, and factory accounting processes.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Tamil for effective internal and vendor communication.

Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹10,796.17 - ₹30,537.02 per month
