Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments and outstanding amounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and monthly financial statements.
- Support the senior accounts team during audits and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate with 1–2years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in handling GST, TDS, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting will be preferred.
- Candidates from trading, manufacturing, logistics, or service industries can be considered.
