Role Description. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Assistant to join our team at the Mayapuri office, New Delhi . The ideal candidate should have practical experience in

Tally Prime, GST filing, TDS compliance, accounting operations, and MS Excel . The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting activities, supporting statutory compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilites





- Maintain books of accounts and financial records in Tally Prime.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, reports, and account statements.
- Assist with audits and documentation.
- Use MS Excel for accounting reports, data management, and analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and consultants.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks.

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in an accounts or senior account assistant role.
- Robust knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Candidates residing near Mayapuri or West Delhi will be preferred.
