Job Purpose

Manage the Accessories Department by driving Maruti Genuine Accessories (MGA) sales, achieving business targets, ensuring stock availability, coordinating timely fitment, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual MGA sales and APC targets.

- Manage overall accessories sales and promote genuine Maruti Suzuki accessories.

- Coordinate with the Sales, PDI, Service, and Delivery teams for timely accessory fitment.

- Ensure accurate billing and documentation of accessory sales.

- Maintain optimum inventory levels and monitor stock movement.

- Conduct regular stock verification and minimize stock variance.

- Supervise the accessories team and monitor daily performance.





- Ensure quality and timely fitment of accessories before vehicle delivery.

- Handle customer queries and resolve accessory-related concerns.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Automobile background preferred).

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile accessories sales or operations.

- Experience in a Maruti Suzuki dealership is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
