Role Description The Account and Finance Head is a full time, on-site role based in Salem, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and accounting functions. This role includes leading the preparation and review of financial statements, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with regulatory requirements. The individual will monitor cash flow, analyze financial performance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and growth.

Day-to-day tasks involve supervising the finance and accounts team, implementing internal controls, coordinating with auditors and banks,



and optimizing financial processes for efficiency and compliance. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership to plan investments, manage risks, and maintain robust financial discipline across all branches.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare, review, and interpret key financial documents.
- Advanced Finance and Budgeting skills, including experience in annual budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess financial trends, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with solid knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience leading finance and accounts teams, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or jewelry segments.
- Solid communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with management and external partners.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Salem with a focus on operational excellence.
