Job Title: Academic Telecounselor

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities-

- Make outbound calls to students and parents from the provided leads/database.
- Understand students’ academic interests, career goals, and admission requirements.
- Provide accurate information about courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding suitable academic programs.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Handle queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets.




- Coordinate with the admission and back-office teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Stay updated about courses, colleges, admission processes, and relevant education trends.

Eligibility
- Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills
- Good convincing, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and computer operations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
