We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor to join our team and guide prospective students in choosing the right online programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with cold calling, and the ability to work towards targets. The role requires building relationships with students and parents, generating leads, and achieving admission goals.

Responsibilities

- Handle end to end admission process.
- Cold Calling Experience / Outbound Dialing
- First point of contact to connect with Students for
- Counselling and Promoting our Online Programs.
- Career Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone, emails, and in-Person if required, during the admission process
- Entitled for Telephonic Counselling, Video Counselling if required.
- Guiding students to choose the right course/ Programs based on their Interests.




- Regular follow up with leads
- Converting leads and inquiries to successful Admissions/ Registrations
- Developing & maintaining relationships with existing & prospective students/parents.
- The process involves counselling the students; follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations
- Generating leads at various forums to build a funnel in achieving your desired goals.
- Dedicated to working smartly to achieve targets.
- Any other assignments from the management time to time.

Qualifications
- Positive Communication Skill
- Bachelors degree in any stream
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Academic counseling or sales
