Role Overview We are seeking dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellors to guide students, professionals, and homemakers in choosing the right skill development courses. You’ll play a key role in helping learners become job‑ready for the AI‑driven future through personalized counselling and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses and career pathways. Conduct one‑on‑one and group counselling sessions (offline). Maintain follow‑ups with leads from walk‑ins, calls, WhatsApp, and job portals. Assist in admissions, documentation, and onboarding of learners. Collaborate with trainers and placement officers to align student goals with course offerings. Prepare counselling reports and maintain accurate records.





Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory, Hindi preferred). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand learner needs. Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
