- Oversee day-to-day academic operations and live class workflows.
- Manage student batches, timetables, and class schedules.
- Coordinate with teachers regarding lesson schedules and session requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student and parent queries.
- Monitor attendance, track student progress, and maintain academic records.
- Follow up with educators and students to ensure smooth and timely class delivery.
- Coordinate with the academic team to resolve operational issues and scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain and regularly update daily academic trackers and spreadsheets.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in academic coordination, education administration,
or a related role is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are also welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Google Meet.
- Ability to reliably work the morning shift starting from 6:00 AM is required.
