- Job Title: AC / HVAC Technician

- Install, service, maintain, and repair Ducted Split AC, VRF, Chiller, and Compressor systems.

- Perform compressor replacement and welding work.

- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot AC and HVAC systems.

- Conduct routine maintenance and preventive servicing.

- Handle refrigerant gas charging and related cooling system work.

- Perform ducting and basic electrical work related to HVAC systems.

- Inspect and maintain compressors, condensers, and other HVAC components.

- Ensure proper functioning and efficient operation of cooling systems.

- Follow safety standards and company procedures during installation and repair activities.

- Maintain service reports and update job records.

- Coordinate with customers and provide timely technical support.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Installation & Maintenance:

- Install and commission various AC and HVAC systems.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Inspect HVAC equipment and identify potential faults.

- Ensure systems operate efficiently after servicing.





Compressor & Welding Work

- Perform compressor replacement as required.

- Handle welding and related HVAC repair activities.

- Check compressor performance and associated components.

Troubleshooting

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and cooling-system faults.

- Identify refrigerant, compressor, condenser, and other component issues.

- Carry out necessary repairs and corrective maintenance.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience as an AC/HVAC Technician or in a similar role.

- Hands-on knowledge of Ducted Split AC, VRF, Chiller, and Compressor systems.

- Knowledge of HVAC tools and equipment.

- Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.

- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.

- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

- Willingness to work in field/service roles.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related field.

- Experience working with residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC systems.
