Job Title: ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator to manage, administer, and support ArcGIS Enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise Portal administration, content lifecycle management, automation using ArcGIS API for Python, service publishing, Windows Server administration, and GIS environment monitoring.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stable ArcGIS environments, managing users and content, publishing and troubleshooting GIS services, supporting integrations, and ensuring the smooth operation of development, testing, training, and support environments.

Core Skills

- Strong experience in ArcGIS Enterprise Portal administration and content lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with the ArcGIS API for Python for scripted and automated administration.
- Experience in service publishing using ArcPy and REST Admin API.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server 2022 and IIS administration.
- Basic experience supporting Okta SAML configuration.
- Experience with ArcGIS Monitor, including alert configuration and baseline monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute portal content migration scripts across ArcGIS environments.
- Recreate group structures and apply appropriate content labels and categories across environments.
- Publish, validate, and troubleshoot map services across SIT, UAT, Training,



and Support environments.
- Use automated publishing tools to manage and maintain GIS service deployments.
- Register and verify Oracle ATP database connections in each ArcGIS workplace.
- Provision user accounts and assign appropriate roles and permissions.
- Configure and manage group memberships for project teams and business users.
- Manage GIS workstation software profiles and ensure proper deployment and configuration of ArcGIS Pro 3.5/3.6.
- Maintain the stability of test environments between project phases.
- Refresh data stores and explicit stale or inactive services as required.
- Monitor ArcGIS environment performance and maintain appropriate alert thresholds.
- Troubleshoot portal, service publishing, database connectivity, user access, and environment-related issues.
