Role Description The 3D Motion Designer role at Boon is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The person in this role will develop and produce high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations that bring Boon’s brand, products, and stories to life across digital platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual narratives, creating storyboards, designing and animating 3D and 2D assets, and collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to align visuals with strategic messaging.



The role involves participating in video production workflows, refining visual concepts based on feedback, and ensuring all motion content is consistent with Boon’s brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and video-first environments.
- Proficiency in Animation and Storyboarding to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Experience with Video Production, including asset preparation, compositing, and working within production pipelines.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D/Blender, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D motion work, brand storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Solid visual design fundamentals, including composition, typography, color, and timing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
