Role Description This is a full time, on-site 3D Designer role based in Mumbai. The 3D Designer will create and refine 3D assets for AR, VR, architectural visualization, and interactive projects, working closely with designers, developers, and project managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and modeling 3D environments, objects, and characters, developing lighting setups, and preparing scenes for animation or real-time rendering.

The role involves collaborating on visual concepts, optimizing assets for performance,



ensuring consistency with project guidelines, and participating in reviews and iterations to meet quality and deadline expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for environments, products, or characters

- Proficiency in Lighting for realistic and stylized 3D scenes

- Capability in Graphic Design to support visual concepts, layouts, and branding elements

- Experience with Animation for motion, transitions, and interactive sequences

- Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D tools (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D) and rendering engines

- Understanding of AR/VR workflows, real-time engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine), and optimization for performance

- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to interpret creative briefs and client requirements

- Effective communication, collaboration skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment

- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred
