Role: Project Coordinator
Location : Bangalore(Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support and coordinate technical projects, ensuring timely execution, effective stakeholder communication, and smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate technical projects from planning through execution and closure.
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and action trackers.
Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Identify potential issues and escalate risks or blockers appropriately.




Maintain project documentation and ensure processes are followed.
Support resource planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in project coordination/project management , preferably in a technical environment.
Experience handling or coordinating technical projects .
Robust organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
Good proficiency in project tracking and documentation tools.
Candidates should be available to work in a hybrid Bengaluru setup.
