We are hiring a Contact Center Head for a fast-growing AI-enabled startup

What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in Contact Center / Customer Operations
Experience managing large-scale inbound & outbound call center operations
Proven experience handling multiple call centers / large teams
Strong experience managing Sales in a managerial or leadership role
Proven track record of owning and achieving sales targets while leading large sales teams
Robust exposure to AI-enabled automation, digital transformation and technology-led customer operations
Excellent stakeholder and people management skills

Ideal Candidate:




Someone who has successfully scaled and managed large contact center operations and has also managed Sales at a managerial/leadership level , with direct responsibility for sales targets, team performance and target achievement .

The candidate should have a strong ability to leverage technology and AI to improve customer experience, productivity, efficiency and business growth .
