Hiring: Fusion HCM Technical Consultant || Lead Modules- - Quick Formulas or Data Migration

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant or Lead with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in either Fast Formula development or HCM Data Migration , along with technical expertise in Oracle HCM integrations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Core HR
Perform HCM Data Migration using HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, or other Oracle migration tools.
Develop and support HCM integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC.
Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.




Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.
Required Skills
6+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM .
Strong expertise in Fast Formula or HCM Data Migration (HDL/HSDL).
Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle reporting tools.
Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
