Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and materials.
Good knowledge of BOM preparation and cost calculation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and furniture/shop drawings.
Valuable understanding of CNC, cutting, edge-banding, drilling, assembly and finishing processes.
Knowledge of furniture hardware such as hinges, drawer channels, lift-up systems, connectors, handles, etc.
Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables and costing templates .
Experience: 2–5 years exp in Cost estimation
Education : Civil engineering
