About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Executive with proven experience in selling Umrah packages. This is a field sales position that requires regular travel to meet prospective clients, corporate organizations, religious institutions, mosques, and business partners to generate sales and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, walk-ins, corporate clients, religious organizations, and community networks.
- Meet prospective customers in person and promote Umrah packages.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for Umrah packages.
- Counsel customers on Umrah travel options, package inclusions, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with visa, ticketing, hotel, transport, and operations teams for seamless travel arrangements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.




- Maintain customer records in the CRM and submit regular field visit and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, promotional events, exhibitions, and community outreach activities.

Required Skills

- Strong field sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Arabic/Urdu will be an added advantage).
- Sound knowledge of visa documentation, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent relationship management.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email, and travel booking systems).

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Self-motivated, target-driven, presentable, and willing to travel extensively for business development.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
