Drive program financials, ensuring budget adherence and strong margin protection

Lead end to end delivery across domains with operational excellence and governance

Execute continuous improvement initiatives delivering measurable program level business outcomes

Drive AI led transformation to improve productivity, quality, and delivery timelines

Establish robust governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across program lifecycle

Own revenue, margin targets, and program level financial performance accountability

Mitigate risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution and no recurring issues
