About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to support our client servicing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (Media, Creative, BD, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth workflow
- Support in client onboarding and documentation processes
