WE’RE HIRING | Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts & Controllership

We are looking for an experienced finance skilled to lead Accounts & Controllership for a growing Education / EdTech / E-Learning organisation.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 7–10 Years

CTC: ₹12–14 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting and general ledger .
- Own month-end/year-end closing, MIS and financial reporting .
- Drive controllership, reconciliations and internal controls .
- Manage internal, statutory and tax audits .
- Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances .
- Oversee payroll accounting, AP, AR, collections and vendor payments .
- Drive finance processes, SOPs and controls .
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and internal stakeholders .

Ideal Profile

- 7–10 years of experience in Accounts,



Finance or Controllership.
- Mandatory: Experience in Education / EdTech / E-Learning.
- Strong hands-on experience in accounting, audit, compliance and financial reporting .
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll and statutory compliances .
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems .
- Strong ownership, analytical ability and attention to detail.
