payment promises & account records • Deliver excellent customer service while achieving collection goals What We’re Looking For Prior experience in First-Party Collections / International Customer Support U.S. Voice experience preferred Minimum B2 English proficiency Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills High emotional intelligence and customer-handling ability Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office & during night shifts.
